11 months later...
Dwele's Subject is absolutely my favorite album of 2003 (you should hear the unreleased demo cuts!!!) and that Madlib is Top 5 fo sho... and yes Hey Ya! is the best tune of 2003. Sorry there is NO denying it. (however, I did not like the bloated Speakerboxx/Lovebelow album as a whole...) But... I don't know if I agree with myself on a lot of these picks. I think I might of been drunk when I wrote it. but I can't really remember 'cause I'm drunk.
